A unique faith based hiring model has resulted in a unique faith filled staff - called to Christian ministry and gifted with compassion. Today we have nearly 20 ministry team members - each called to serve. Every team member is approved by Community Care Licensing in advance of the start of their care ministry, are fully FBI/DOJ background checked, and have on file a signed Covenant of Faith, Statement of Staff Conduct, and a Pastoral Reference from their home church.
We are all very aware of the grace of God in our midst and consider our team of caregivers a strategic advantage when you compare our ministry to other business models offering residential care.
We are also always looking for qualified team members who share our vision for a Christ-centered ministry to the elderly. Applications for employment can be downloaded or picked up in person, weekdays, from 9AM till 11AM at our 1440 Fairview Street offices in Orland.
