A unique faith based hiring model has resulted in a unique faith filled staff - called to Christian ministry and gifted with compassion.  Today we have nearly 30 ministry team members - each called to serve.   Every team member is approved by Community Care Licensing in advance of the start of their care ministry, are fully FBI/DOJ background checked, and have on file a signed Covenant of Faith, Statement of Staff Conduct, and a Pastoral Reference from their home church.

We are all very aware of the grace of God in our midst and consider our team of caregivers a strategic advantage when you compare our ministry to other business models offering residential care.
